Our Guide for Daily, Ethical Conduct
The LEONI LCS Code of Conduct defines the fundamental principles derived from all relevant internal regulations and external legal requirements, which every person at LEONI is expected to follow. It provides employees worldwide with guidance on what behavior is expected in their daily work and what actions should be avoided.
The Code of Conduct was developed with the involvement of employees from various regions, functions, and business areas within the LEONI LCS organization.
