The Christmas season is just around the corner, and at Leoni Kabel GmbH in Roth, the headquarters of Leoni Cable Solutions, it is traditionally heralded with special activities. The Leoni Junior Group, consisting of dedicated trainees and dual students, is organizing two projects close to its heart again this year:

The Wish List Campaign

The Wish List Campaign is an initiative of the Leoni Junior Group that aims to fulfill a Christmas wish for children from financially disadvantaged families in the region. Each child was allowed to hang a wish list on the Christmas tree in the “Factory of the Future.” Under the motto “Give joy!”, employees were able to choose wish lists from November 11 to December 1 and fulfill the Christmas wishes. The lovingly wrapped gifts were handed in to the Junior Group after the campaign period and delivered in time for Christmas.

From November 27 to 30, the Leoni Junior Group was represented at the Roth Christmas market. Trainees and students raffled off handmade prizes that were created in cooperation with the Auhof and Regens Wagner Zell/Eibach facilities for people with disabilities. By purchasing a raffle ticket, visitors supported three regional charity projects:

•  Regens Wagner Zell

•  Auhof Hilpoltstein

•  ASB Wünschewagen Franken-Oberpfalz

The Junior Group's stand was once again a resounding success this year. This is primarily because it demonstrates the importance of team spirit, responsibility, and social commitment.
